It depends on what it needs to do. A simple business website and a booking app with logins and payments are very different jobs. Send a short WhatsApp message about your business and I'll reply with a free, fixed quote within a day.
How long does it take?+

Can you publish my app on the Play Store and App Store?+
Yes. I handle the store listing, testing and release on both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
